The EC22 D transmitter features an electrochemical sensor with high selectivity and measuring accuracy, making it ideal for a wide range of industrial applications. Equipped with a display and buzzer, the device provides visual and acoustic alarms to ensure prompt detection of hazardous gas levels.

To meet the demands of customers looking for long-lasting and cost-effective solutions, GfG also offers a lead-free EC sensor with an expected service life of five years, providing exceptional value for O2 monitoring.

The hardware of the EC22 D transmitter meets all necessary functional safety requirements, ensuring reliable operation and protection against potential hazards. The device supports signal transmission either analogue (4–20 mA / 0.2–1 mA) or digital (RS-485), making it easy to integrate into existing systems.

Depending on the type of gas being detected, the EC22 D transmitter can achieve functional safety of up to SIL3, providing peace of mind for operators and ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations.
