Eureka Water Probes acquired by Solinst Canada Ltd.
Feb 26 2025
Eureka Water Probes will officially become Solinst Eureka LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Solinst Canada Ltd, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for both organisations.
By combining Solinst’s expertise in groundwater solutions with Eureka’s strength in surface water monitoring, the two companies are uniquely positioned to provide a broader range of innovative, high-quality products and services with the same exceptional products, services, and relationships that customers have come to trust.
Key highlights of the transition include the continuity of staff, with Eureka's dedicated team, including Stuart Garner and the rest of the staff, remaining in place to ensure the same high level of service and expertise. All current processes, policies, and operations will continue unchanged with a commitment to making the transition seamless, with no disruptions to the experience.
This acquisition brings together Eureka Water Probes’ long-standing commitment to excellence with Solinst’s innovative solutions, strengthening our ability to meet your needs now and in the future.
