Sintrol's New S315QAL: PM-CEMS for explosive atmospheres with QAL1 certification

Celebrating 50 years of expertise, Sintrol is proud to introduce the S315QAL – the latest QAL1-certified*, IECEx* and ATEX-approved* dust monitor for continuous particulate emissions measurement.

Utilising their proven Inductive Electrification technology, the S315QAL ensures reliable, maintenance-friendly operation with no consumables - minimising total cost of ownership. The innovative design comprises a dust sensor unit (DSU) and a connection unit (CU), with the DSU certified to be used in explosive atmospheres (Zone 0 IIC and Zone 20 IIIC).

With RS-485 Modbus communication, the S315QAL allows up to 900 meters of cable length between the units, offering flexibility for various industrial applications. Additionally, the Auto Setup function simplifies commissioning - one press of a button establishes the base level, preparing the device for calibration in mg/m³.
