What’s Blowing in the Wind? Weather Station Set

LSI LASTEM (Italy) have launched the EOLOg weather station, a complete set to monitor typical meteorological parameters such as temperature and humidity, wind speed and direction, barometric pressure, solar radiation and rainfall. EOLOg weather station is based on a 12 input data logger, sensors and a web-based solution for real-time data display and reports. EOLOg is a professional weather station, each part has been designed for long-term operation, year after year. The accuracy and features of the EOLOg weather station comply with WMO requirements. The data logger is built to work in extreme environments. Installation is easy and fast and the system will provide the most accurate and reliable weather information.

All sensors (apart from the rain gauge) are mounted on a single arm which can be fixed on top of poles. Data loggers can be mounted inside an IP65 box along with power supply systems and communication devices. LSI LASTEM offers a range of IP65 boxes for continuous or portable applications with different power supply systems to cover every type of energy requirement. EOLOg supports different data communication devices and protocols (GPRS, UMTS, TCP/IP, Modbus RTU). Data from EOLOg systems can be easily uploaded on the CIELOg web application for storage, on-line display, reporting and downloading of historical data from any platform and from anywhere in the world.
