Company Appointed to Continue the After Sales Support of the Extensive Installed Base of Procal Products.

Following the closure of the Procal Peterborough facility, part of the Parker Hannifin Corporation, lRlS Emissions Services Limited are a newly formed company appointed by Parker to continue the after sales support of the extensive installed base of Procal products.
The company is Peterborough based and is owned by Alison Sampson (30 years within Procal, current Technical services manager) and Glen Rodden (25 years of marine experience, current Procal Marine service engineer), closely supported by Michael Findley (Long term Procal senior service engineer).
IRIS Emissions Services retains key experience and skills from the current Procal team providing technical support to the land and marine emissions industry worldwide.
The team have built up strong relationships in the industry, with an honest and dedicated approach to handling customer’s needs worldwide. Support offered ranges from long term service contracts, experienced remote technical support and on site services in marine and land.
The business will initially focus on our commitment to ensuring continuation of the valued service support to the existing customers and distributors.
Looking further into the future already there is interest from other equipment providers to utilise the skill set of the IRIS team to enhance and extend their own service provision.
We are excited by this new opportunity to continue to support our customers and apply our considerable industry experience and would like thank everyone who has helped us on this journey.
