Advanced, yet easy-to-operate FID analyser for continuous process and laboratory TOC analysis
Jul 05 2024
AVL’s PA-FID C50TM, a portable Flame Ionisation Detector (FID), is a highly advanced continuous total organic carbon measurement analyser for use in the process industry and laboratories. This cutting-edge device, which will feature at this year’s AQE Exhibition, features robust housing and shock protection for the most demanding outdoor operations.
Thanks to its very compact design with a weight of less than 20 kg, the AVL PA-FID C50 is easy to transport. It uses hydrogen as fuel gas for operation and, thanks to its extremely low gas consumption, the device can be operated for more than 80 hours using a single 1-litre H2 gas bottle.
AVL’s range of analysers all feature easily operated user interface that enables local operation via touch display, or from any device via a web interface. The AVL PA-FID C50 has many sophisticated features such as day/night mode switching for enhanced visibility and a one-click recording function. In addition, the analyser comes with a Modbus interface for external device automation.
These innovative measurement systems are easy to install and maintain. Integrated self-plausibility checks during and after warm-up deliver accurate, dependable measurement data.
