Technology Improves Portable Turbidity Data
Sep 19 2013
On-line turbidity measurement often utilises multiple measurement points to improve accuracy and overall performance. This approach is now uniquely available in the new Compact Turbimeter from Palintest Ltd (UK).
QuadoptiX technology provides multiple points for nephelometric and compensated turbidity determination, ensuring true compliance with ISO 7027 and class leading performance across the measurement range.
Waterproof and battery powered, the Compact Turbimeter is provided in a hard case kit with all accessories required for field measurement of turbidity with a range of 0 – 1050 NTU.
The Compact Turbimeter extends the use of the QuadoptiX optical system to provide a user-definable relationship to Total Suspended Solids (TSS). With up to 24 sample identities, 12 operator identities and data logs for calibration and sample results the Compact Turbimeter is a powerful step forward for portable turbidity and suspended solids monitoring.
Launching at the Aquatech Amsterdam exhibition are the new dual Compact meter kits, combining the Compact Turbimeter with a choice of disinfection and nutrient parameters. For a complimentary copy of “The Complete Guide to Turbidity and Suspended Solids” visit Palintest at Stand 01.204A.
