Stack Monitoring
CEM: Continuous Gas Emission Monitoring - Model: PSGM-1-D-AGS (EC, NDIR, PID)
Aug 14 2017
The PSGM –Flue Gas version range of analyzers use multiple sensor technology to measure the levels of SO2, NO, NO2, CO, O2 in flue gas of Boiler / Furnace / Thermo pack Stack gas emission.
The PSGM –Process Gas version range of analyzers use multiple sensor technology to measure the levels of CL2, HCL, HCN, HF, H2S, NH3 and other gases on request of Process / Scrubber / Incinerator Stack emission.
PSGM series stack gas emissions monitoring analyzers are very compact & Weatherproof in Design. The choice of installation location and access is therefore made much simpler. They are packaged in weatherproof IP 55 levels protected marshalling panel cabinets, intended for mounting on to a convenient nearby place of stack, open to sky or under shed. System is fully integrated in a single marshalling box - no additional components required. Suitable for a wide range of applications - up to 6 gases in a single analyzer for single point emission measurement. Low maintenance - straightforward servicing without specialist skills
Proven high performance – Multi sensor (EC, NDIR, PID) measurement technique which are most accurate, fast response and non corrosive type gas sensing technology
Advance electronics and micro controller based Programmable Logic Controlled Auto Gas Conditioning Device (AGCD) make the system most user friendly and popular in worst environment of the high dust, high humidity, high temperature, high corrosion resistance, etc. True measured Total NOx - separate NO + NO2 sensors for true NOx monitoring, no converters necessary. Automatic calibration option - for continuous unattended operation in compliance monitoring applications. High temperature stack gas sampling probe options for high temperature flue gas applications. No Pre heating time required to start monitoring.
Microprocessor Controller & LCD Graphic Multicolor Touch screen display for gas measurement on panel at site, hence easy for calibration and preventive maintenance. In-House Design considering Dust, Temperature and Humidity conditions. All electronic with conformal coating to avoid atmospheric effects in harsh area. Microprocessor Programmable control logic for Auto Drain & Probe Cleaning.
System can be incorporated with Hardware and software for continuous TEMPER PROOF Real time Data Acquisition And Management Subsystem.
Completely independent research and development of the core module and algorithm, the system has strong market competitiveness; The system structure is compact with high integration, easy to transport and install.
