Mar 18 2024

Over the years, Nuremberg’s SENSOR+TEST has strived to provide visitors from all over the world with an insight into the key latest innovations from exhibitors from near and far, which is why the trade fair has developed into the leading international trade fair for sensors, measuring and testing technology. As of 15thMarch a record amount of registrations are being completed, 40% of which are from outside of Germany. The next event will see some exciting additions to the program, including a new Calibration Area and Technology & Application Guided Tours.

Preparations for the trade fair taking place in Nuremberg from June 11 to 13, 2024 are in full swing. 400 exhibitors, from across the globe are expected at SENSOR + TEST; participation from international exhibitors has increased considerably. As well as the usual strong exhibitor presence from Switzerland, a significant number of British and US companies will also be exhibiting.

"After the abolition of entry restrictions, we are expecting more exhibitors from China than ever before and, above all, a delegation of more than 40 Chinese visitors who will be spending a week in Germany to exchange ideas," commented Elena Schultz, Managing Director of AMA Service GmbH. "We will be welcoming our exhibitors and visitors back to the exhibition halls at Nürnberg Messe in June. There are still places available in hall 2, but interested parties should not take too much longer to register, as more companies are waiting in the wings to present their innovations in Nuremberg," she added.

The new "Calibration Area" is an exciting new feature of SENSOR + TEST. Based on the slogan "Innovative Calibration", exhibitors will highlight the latest innovations for sensor calibration as well as look at the most up-to-date measurement technology. The primary theme will be digital concepts and overcoming calibration challenges. Along with an open Technology Forum, the “Calibration Area” will be an invaluable platform for dialogue between manufacturers, calibration service providers and end-users. Each morning, the Technology Forum will provide a vibrant program with best-practice presentations where exhibitors present new and tried-and-tested applications and technology. In the afternoon, participants can join special sessions focusing on the importance, strategies and digital future of calibration. Highly reputable institutions and universities will share their knowledge with visitors, all of whom can benefit hugely from an abundance of expertise and make important strides in their projects.
