Gas Analyser
New digital combustion gas analysers offers solutions for residential, commercial and industrial applications
Oct 05 2021
A new range of gas combustion analysis instruments has just been launched. The instruments have been designed to meet the needs of technicians in all possible scenarios from residential to heavy industry:
1) Compact, intuitive design enables simple and effective gas combustion analysis
2) Smartphone and PC app, wireless and USB connectivity for real time gas combustion data
3) Deploy up to 6 field-replaceable pre-calibrated gas sensing cells
4) A gas combustion analyser that generates and exports measurement reports
Sauermann’s latest range of digital combustion analysers were completely redesigned by their in-house R&D engineers. The three new instruments are the Si-CA 030, Si-CA 130 and Si-CA 230 models and Sauermann have confidently asserted that they have set a new performance standard across residential, commercial and industrial applications.
Cutting-edge technology along with Sauermann’s 45 years of theoretical and practical experience in the field of combustion gas analysis has created this new range of Si-CA analysers. Sauermann’s R&D team listened to feedback from experienced HVAC-R engineers and, through their knowledge, they made instruments that deliver productivity gains through reliability and precision.
The three models, the 030, 130 & 230, are connected wirelessly to Sauermann’s free combustion app compatible with Android and iOS smartphones or tablets, enabling technicians to operate the instrument remotely, whilst monitoring measurement results in real time, and compiling them into ready-to-export reports.
These analysers include a large colour display; they can therefore be operated as standalone instruments. The 130 and 230 models have a 4.3-inch touch-screen display with customisable graphical user interface for gas analysis, enabling users to adapt their instrument to suit their specific task. The new Si-CA range of rugged, compact, lightweight and intuitive instruments are designed, manufactured and serviced in-house at Sauermann’s production line and metrology laboratories to ensure a lifetime of reliability.
