Gas regulators for low emission applications

ControlAir LLC is excited to announce the release of the Type CG330 and CG340 gas regulators. This innovative product line is specifically engineered to address the growing demand for low-emission solutions in industrial applications involving compressed gases such as inert gases, natural gas, and other sensitive media.

The CG330/CG340 series of compressed gas filter regulators are designed to deliver accurate pressure control while ensuring near-zero atmospheric leakage under dynamic or steady-state flow conditions. These robust regulators are ideal for applications that must comply with strict fugitive emissions regulations, providing users with exceptional reliability, operational efficiency, and environmental safety.

The CG330/CG340 Series offers a range of key features. It ensures low emission compliance with near-zero atmospheric leakage, maintaining less than 0.1 scfh (0.05 Nl/min) for regulatory adherence. The durable construction is made from die-cast aluminum alloy with an iridite and baked epoxy finish, providing long-term performance even in harsh environments. These models offer versatile options, with port sizes of 1/4" and 1/2" NPT, and output pressure ranges of 0-30 psig, 0-60 psig, and 0-120 psig to suit different application needs. The CG330 includes enhanced filtration with a standard 40-micron filter and an optional 5-micron upgrade for improved air quality, alongside an automatic drain system to reduce maintenance and prevent corrosion. The CG340 features a compact design that is lightweight and space-efficient, ensuring precise pressure regulation across variable flow rates and supply pressures. Both models are compatible with air, inert gas, and sweet natural gas within temperature limits of 0°F to 160°F (manual drain) or 32°F to 160°F (automatic drain).

The CG330/CG340 regulators are ideal for industries such as oil and gas, chemical processing, and any operation where precise pressure regulation and environmental safety are critical.
