Environmental Market and Innovation Development

The EcoMind programme (Environmental Market and Innovation Development) is a European project co-funded via the Interreg IV A 2 Seas programme. The overall aim of EcoMind is to better understand and address the specific support needs of SMEs who are seeking to develop eco-innovative products/services and of eco-responsible companies whilst encouraging increased visibility of more environmentally acceptable products. EcoMind is delivered by a range of key regional partners to ensure SMEs in the area covered by the 2 Seas programme can successfully innovate and grow.

Over the past 3 years, EcoMind partners have organised over 100 specialist events with more than 7,200 attendees, had 100 individuals involved in collaboration in foreign countries, over 27,000 users receiving information on EcoMind and over 200 businesses benefitting from expert assistance on topics such as sustainable design, finance, carbon footprinting and research for solutions.

The EcoMind partnership is lead by BSK-CiC and delivered with the following experts:

Centre for Sustainable Design, EnviroBusiness, WSX Enterprise in England;
Enviu and Delft TU in the Netherlands;
Chambre du Commerce et d’Industrie Grand Lille and CD2E in France.
