PSGM-1-D-AGS Continuous Gas Emissions Monitoring System can monitor gases, including SO2, NOx, O2 with feature of measurement of dust, humidity, temperature, pressure, flow parameters, etc. It can be widely used in all kinds of component continuous monitoring situations such as boilers, industrial furnaces, incinerator emissions, etc.
The System also incorporate measurement of other gases for a particular occasion such as HCI, HF, CO, CO2, NH3, H2S, Cl2, VOC, etc.
Continuous Emission Monitoring System consists of gaseous pollutants monitoring subsystem along with particulate matter monitoring subsystem, flue gas parameters monitoring subsystem, system control and data acquisition and management subsystem.
The measured gas passes through sampling probe for dedusting, heating tube for sampling, then goes into the gas analysis module (Ultra Violet Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy: UV-DOAS) for analysis measurements. It effectively solves the technical problems of dust and moisture interference on measurement, particularly in the case of low concentration measurements with an unparalleled advantage.
UV-DOAS based System measures lower limit of ultraviolet flue gas as low as 1 mg/m3 and fully qualified for technical parameters in ultra-low emission monitoring measurement occasions.
By combining multistage dust filtration technology and regular blowing back, it effectively prevents dust blocking filters and the pipeline, as well as polluting analyzer measurement pool. It can adapt to worst environment of the high dust, high humidity, high temperature, high corrosion resistance, etc.
Ultra Violet Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (UV-DOAS) can simultaneously measure the parameters of SO2, NO, NO2 (Being independent from NO), O2, humidity, NOx can be obtained by direct measuring of NO and NO2, without the converter of NO2 to NO;
Simple structure, without optical moving parts, long period free from maintenance, high resistance to vibration;
Advanced UV difference spectrum technology, spectrum holographic grating spectrometer, diode array detection, to obtain a complete continuous absorption spectrum, long steady resolution to ensure low detection limit, small temperature drift, fast response time;
Analyzer gas chamber is processed with the features of strong gas chamber, low cost and low impact by water and dust. The detector and the gas chamber adopts optical fiber for connection. It is easy to replace and maintenance cost is low;
Completely independent research and development of the core module and algorithm, the system has strong market competitiveness;
The system structure is compact with high integration, easy to transport and install.
This system applies to the emission monitoring and process analysis of coal-fired power plant, garbage power plant, cement, glass, lime factory, ceramics factory, sinter, coke oven, the process of desulfurization and denitration technology.
