PRIMA FGM Portable model is microprocessor and architecture ensure simplicity in use, trouble-free performance, cost effectiveness and reliability. FGM incorporates microprocessor key controls which are fully menu driven. Stored data can be viewed or downloaded to a computer or printed out by an external printer. A built in pump draws flue-gas through the integrated temperature cum gas probe. The instrument works on an inbuilt rechargeable battery.
FGM Can measure O2, CO, Temp. Ambient, Temp. Flue Gas & CO2, Excess Air, Efficiency Net & Gross by calculation & Optionally can also measure SO2, NO, NO2 & HC
FGM is Real Time & Date processor system which is User Programmable for Name of Instrument’s Owner, Company Surveyed, Equipment & Eduction Point name for all selected parameters of each reading and data logged in inbuilt memory device. Formulae for 9 standard fuels preprogrammed with User Programmable facility for nonconventional fuels like husk, wood, bagasse, etc. by operator.
Auto and Manual sampling modes, Rugged & Elegant Gas cum Temperature probe with integral filter and cooler with Single extruded molded rubber hose. Auto Oxygen Calibration at start-up. Report Menu allows User to View & Print data & select for Printing specific range of readings
FGM is used for measurement of exhaust gases of Boilers, Furnaces, Heaters, Kilns in order to improve combustion efficiency and reduction of pollutant gases released by these devices.
