Call for Papers on Air Quality and Emissions Monitoring

The technical committee of AQE 2024 are currently looking for informative oral and technical presentations for AQE to be held on the 9th & 10th October at the NEC.   

The goal of AQE is to encourage informative and active discussions on the technical, regulatory and issues associated with air quality and emission Monitoring, methane measurement and the use of hydrogen. With this goal in mind, oral and poster presentations must be technically focused with commercial aspects kept to an absolute minimum.  

Selected oral presentations will be allocated a 15-20 minute presentation slot and selected poster presentations will be allocated a poster board in the poster area.  

Our technical committee are particularly interested in presentations that cover:  

• Industry case studies   

• Performance and validation data  

• Studies of quality assurance and uncertainties   

• Unique research activities   

• Novel techniques  

• Discussions on results and data   

The conference will be split into four areas of interest. Firstly, air emissions, which address new regulations, standards, new pollutant monitoring, data handling and novel technologies; methane measurement, which will discuss monitoring technologies, regulation and validation studies; air quality, which will investigate public health impacts, legislation, sensor networks, research, innovation as well as indoor air quality; finally, hydrogen use, in which delegates will explore requirements and issues for measurement, potential sources and validation studies.   

To have your oral or poster presentation considered for AQE 2024's technical programme, please submit your abstract by Thursday 29th February.
