Smart Sample Tube: Heated sampling probe for your mobile gas analysis
Nov 09 2021
In the field of emission monitoring, but also in other fields of application of gas analysis, it is common to check the function of stationary analyser systems at regular intervals by means of transportable measuring instruments. In addition, there are applications - e.g. exhaust gas monitoring - in which gas analysis is carried out at intervals. In addition to the high quality of the measuring equipment, a prerequisite for precise measurement results in these areas of application is that it is easy and safe to handle and as light as possible.
The portable heated gas sampling probe, the „Smart-Sample-Tube“ series can ideally be operated with the „Smartline“. Due to its heating, the „Smart-Sample-Tube“ enables the sampling of sample gases for demanding measurements while avoiding cold spots. Due to the adjustable temperature of up to 185 °C, even gases with high acid dew points can be safely sampled. In addition, it offers a high degree of contact protection for the technicians due to its insulating housing.
The combination of the „Smart-Sample-Tube“ with the „Smartline“ enables particle filtration close to the sampling point. However, other heated lines can also be connected through universal insulation.
