MERCURY SAMPLING SOLUTIONS
Jan 13 2011
Apex Instruments offers multiple configurations of dual-stream, mercury sorbent trap monitoring systems designed for measuring vapor phase mercury emissions from stationary sources.
Apex Mercury Consoles are fully automated, designed for continuous sampling of emissions from crematoriums, power plants, cement kilns and waste incinerators.
The XC-6000EPC Meter Console is used in permanent installations while the new XC-30B MercSampler Meter Console is used for both permanent and portable installations.
Either system can be operated with your choice of Apex probes, heated sample lines, and our popular SGC-4000HGP Stirling Gas Conditioner to remove moisture and scrub corrosives out of the sample stream before entering the sample console.
Both models simplify operation and improve measurement reliability by automating system configuration, calculations, data acquisition, sample flow adjustments, temperature control, and all quality control procedures. On board data storage is accessed easily via Ethernet, USB or optional wireless interface.
Quarterly audits are a snap with the Apex Instruments AK-6000 Audit Kit offering a secondary reference dry gas meter with optical encoder, digital quadrature totalizer, handheld digital barometer, thermocouple simulator, and accessories.
