Apex Instruments is excited to announce its attendance at the CEM International Conference and Exhibition in Barcelona.

The XC-30B MercSampler Console is designed for monitoring vapour-phase mercury and simplifies sampling requirements. The XC-30B Mercury System performs relative accuracy test audits using continuous mercury monitoring systems complying with US EPA Method 30B.

Apex’s thermoelectric gas cooler, the TEC-4000Hg and TEC-4000HgP (Portable), is used in conjunction with the XC-30B Mercury Console and removes moisture by cooling the sample gas to a constant dew point.

In addition to mercury sampling, visitors can check out Apex’s isokinetic sampling equipment! The XD-502 Digital Isokinetic Source Sampling Console is used for the determination of particulate matter emissions from stationary sources utilising US EPA Method 5. The XD-502 is used to monitor gas velocity, temperatures, pressures, sample flow rates, and volumes to maintain isokinetic sampling conditions.
