Analytica 2010 off to a Good Start: World’s Leading Trade Fair More International than Ever
Mar 10 2010
Author: Julia Haigis on behalf of analytica
When it comes to the business climate in 2009, manufacturers of analysis technology, laboratory technology and biotechnology appear to have regained their confidence. That is also reflected by the status of registrations for analytica 2010, the industry’s leading international trade fair. More than 660 exhibitors have already submitted binding applications to participate in the fair, which corresponds to the number of registrations received at this same point before the 2008 fair. The share of international companies has seen continuous growth. More than one-third of all exhibitors are from countries other than Germany. The “analytica Conference” and an extensive program of related events will promote additional dialog and the transfer of know-how within the industry. Among other topics, discussions and presentations will focus on industrial biotechnology and personalised medicine.
Analytica 2010, the 22nd International Trade Fair for Laboratory Technology, Analysis and Biotechnology, promises to be the most international analytica to date. As of late October 2009, more than 660 companies had
registered for the fair, which is being held in Munich from March 23 – 26, 2010.
