Control, Comply, Monitor & Maintain Your Assets

Pulsar Process Measurement’s (UK) Ultimate Controller is a control system that combines ultrasonic level and flow measurement, RTU and advanced pump control in one economic, easily programmed, modular unit with dedicated web server remote control and touchscreen HMI.
Ultimate Controller has been designed to be modular and expandable, with a range of DIN rail mounted and other peripherals that provide almost unlimited I/O, pump power monitoring including pump reversing and even a remote infra-red camera, allowing viewing of the well and the station from base. Motor Control components are kept separate from the ICA section of the panel for convenience and safety. Installation is simplified and panel costs kept to a minimum by Ultimate’s very small size and choice of wall or panel mount versions.
Ultimate Controller features a clear, intuitive interface based on a touchscreen HMI, and a full set of advanced control functions including: burst/block warnings; time to spill alarms; predictive maintenance index; asset performance index measuring kwh/m3/m which allows station comparisons in order to schedule station maintenance most effectively; and many more. Many man-hours can be saved and carbon footprint reduced by Ultimate’s automatic pump trip reset function, that helps to avoid unnecessary trips to site just to reset a pump. Further sophistication includes Ultimate’s ability, when Flow Pulse non-invasive flow monitors are included, to monitor flow rate during storm conditions and support Compliance reporting.
Remote telemetry includes the industry standard DNP3 protocol, and the Ultimate Controller includes the facility to remotely access the data from the unit from any internet enabled device. Graphical data from any Ultimate Controller, including echo traces, level and flow history or operating parameters, can be accessed, viewed or even modified from PC, mobile phone or tablet.
Ultimate flexibility from Pulsar’s Ultimate Controller.
