New compact online titrator – economical online monitoring of industrial wastewater and more
Jan 29 2018
Metrohm Process Analytics presents the 2026 Titrolyzer, part of a new family of economical online process analyzers. These powerful, compact process analyzers are integrated solutions for 24/7 online analysis of critical chemical parameters in industrial processes and wastewater streams. Each single-method system is available in several application-specific configurations for monitoring up to 2 process streams.
Compact analyzer for titrimetric/ISE measurements
The 2026 Titrolyzer performs titrimetric or ion selective measurements online for up to 2 sample streams, saving valuable time for process operators. Also available is a configuration for online pH measurement. A 7” full-color touchscreen shows trend graphs and allows easy access to your data. These process analyzers are a great fit for process analysis in the chemical, semiconductor, food and beverage, potable water, steel/metal/mining, and industrial wastewater sectors.
Customized for your application
The analyzer is especially suitable for applications including acid/base analysis, hardness (Ca2+, Mg2+), hydrogen peroxide and more. Metrohm Process Analytics can offer process analyzers which are configured for each specific application challenge. Sample dilution, extra reagents, or even another sample stream can be added with the addition of peristaltic pumps in the modular wet part.
Robust design (IP66)
Strict separation of wet part and electronics ensures safe operation in harsh environments. The electronics part is housed within non-corrosive polyester-coated stainless steel. With an Ingress Protection rating 66, the analyzer is guaranteed to be dust and water-tight.
Virtually unlimited sample conditioning options
Metrohm Process Analytics provides virtually any sample preconditioning system, such as cooling or heating, pressure reduction, degassing, filtration, and more.
Diverse data communication
Information including results, remote control and status info, can be communicated through discrete I/O (i.e. analog outputs digital in/outputs), MODbus TCP/IP (Ethernet), or RTU (RS485) communication. Remote control is possible through VNC (Ethernet). Results can also be exported to USB.
