The New Cost-effective Purpose Built Environmental Protection Enclosure for On-line Analysers
Jan 31 2013
Holden Enclosures (Ireland), a trading division of Thermo-Door Ltd, is proud to announce the launch of its unique product range of external instrumentation enclosures. Located in Co. Cork, Ireland Holden Enclosures specialises in manufacturing walk-in enclosures that are specifically designed to house on-line analysers safely in an external environment whilst protecting the equipment from harsh weather conditions.
Holden Enclosures are robust housing units that are designed to operate in extreme weather conditions of -20C to +50C. They are constructed to house instruments from liquid to gas analysers for industries such as food and beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, water & wastewater treatment plants and refinery.
The enclosures come in four standard sizes with external dimensions of 1.8m Wide x 1.1m/ 600mm Deep x 2.3m High and 1.2m Wide x 1.1/600m Deep x 2.3m High. Depending on the requirements, they can have a 316 stainless steel external finish or an external grade plastisol. The enclosures have an IP56 rating that provides a barrier to dust particles and are impervious to water penetration. The integrated mounting system makes it easy to install the analyser onto the back wall with no rails visible.
“We specifically designed the enclosures for the on-line analysis industry. The walls, floors and ceiling of our enclosures comprise of a 60mm insulated sandwich construction which helps to regulate temperature and humidity within the enclosure. Our research has also shown us that many maintenance procedures require that the enclosure is opened for prolonged periods. Therefore a walk-in enclosure is the most appropriate. With our Enclosures, a person can step inside the enclosure, close the doors behind them and carry out their maintenance duties. This prevents the analyser from being exposed to harsh weather environments and ensures clients obtain the reliable data they need.” said David Russell Managing Director of Holden Enclosures.
