The advanced features found in similar higher cost models, but also included in the NANO include: Automatic elevation adjustment with short term static barometric compensation. Long term automatic barometric compensation when used in conjunction with the Heron barLog. Real time reading of water level and temperature with a comprehensive data management system incorporated into the program
The software used to access dipperLog models is designed by programmers in-house at Heron Instruments. They have designed it to be intuitive with a gradual learning curve so it appeals to both beginners and experienced users. Any previous experience is a bonus, however even a new user can begin to use the simple to navigate software, following installation.
