Best After-Sales Service Award from the WRc’s Instrument User Group at WWEM 2012

Specialist electrochemical sensor manufacturer Analytical Technology Inc. is proud to announce that it has been awarded the Best After-Sales Service award from the IUG (Instrument User Group) run by the WRc plc, an independent public limited company providing research and consultancy in water, wastewater and the environment. The award recognises Analytical Technology’s commitment to exceeding its customers’ expectations.

Leo Carswell of WRc, presented the award at WWEM, which took place on 7th & 8th November 2012 in Telford, Analytical Technology received recognition from the IUG members for outstanding after- sales service.

The IUG, which is run by the WRc (membership is open to all UK Water Companies) provides a framework to bring water company users together to exchange information and best practice on water industry instrumentation, including analytical and physical measurement, as well as flow measurement in portable water and wastewaters.

Analytical Technology manufactures both water and gas monitoring instrumentation to help companies demonstrate compliance with the strict regulations outlined by the Environment Agency (EA) and EU Directives. Industrial companies in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and metal finishing sectors employ Analytical Technology’s instrumentation to monitor trade effluents to ensure that only safe levels of chemicals are released into the environment. The company’s wide range of water monitors includes dissolved hydrogen sulphide, pH, ammonia, dissolved oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, residual sulphite and several chlorine monitors.
