Aquaread Launch ProLink

Aquaread is pleased to announce the launch of PROLINK, a professional PC suite specifically designed with the AS-PRO in mind. This new platform features a clean, graphical user interface and introduces several exciting new features.

The dashboard provides a wealth of information related to the Aquasonde, including the serial number, software version, and estimated battery life. It is also where the user can set the sonde’s logging regime, event triggers, and customizable data averaging. Each section in the dashboard can be customized by clicking on the cog icon to access its option settings.

The new calibration section displays all currently fitted sensors as icons at the top of the screen. By clicking on one of these icons, the user can view the sensor’s previous calibration report values and available calibration options. Once in calibration mode, the live reading for that parameter, along with the temperature, is shown. Below this information, a live graph displays the trend of the sensor in the calibration solution, helping to assess the stability of the readings before beginning the calibration, which contributes to achieving a more accurate calibration.

One of the completely new additions to the PC application is the customizable live data view, allowing users to log data with live data graphs displayed on the screen. Users can switch different parameters on and off to customize the view, enabling them to focus on the behavior of their chosen parameters.

Currently, PROLINK works with Aquasondes, including the new AS-PRO. However, specific sections for both the Aquaprobe and Leveline will be added as work on these devices progresses. PROLINK will automatically download and install any updates each time the software is opened, ensuring that users are always running the most up-to-date version without needing to manually check for updates.
