Water/Wastewater
A Complete Package to Measure and Control Water
Jun 13 2017
Aqualabo Controle have introduced their new S200 controller for free chlorine, ClO2 (chlorine dioxide) and dissolved ozone. The S200 is ideal for a host of applications such as cooling towers, sewage and drinking water
The measurement is carried out by a potentiostatic sensor, with no need for reagents or consumables. On a closed-loop which reduces operating costs and avoids loss of online water
The Water Control System includes all accessories needed for the concentration measurement of chlorine dioxide, free chlorine and dissolved ozone, an indestructible potentiostatic electrode which also measures pH, flow, whilst compensating for fluctuations in these parameters when taking the measurements.
An automatic, electrolysis self-cleaning system which can be programmed to dissolve the fouling deposits such as limestone or fats.
Users have access to the programming menus secured by password (3 user's levels). The controller offers numerous piloting possibilities: 2 digital outputs for the control of the frequency of functioning of the dosing pump, 3 relay outputs, potential free NO contacts., 2 analog outputs (0/4-20 mA) and 2 separately adjustable PI... Temperature compensation can be carried out manually or by using a Pt100 or Pt1000, whilst pH calibration with the solution is achieved by automatic detection of the value of the buffer and single point calibration for ClO2 is carried out by the DPD method.
