a1-cbiss (UK) operates a reliable emergency call out service to all clients with gas monitoring equipment, providing access to all areas of the UK within a 6 hour period, 24 hour / 7 days per week utilising a1-cbiss’ regional service network of engineers.
To increase the lifespan and productivity of your gas monitoring equipment and minimise downtime, we will work with you to devise a maintenance agreement to match your requirements.
Equipment maintenance is an important part of keeping gas monitoring and control systems operating correctly. a1-cbiss are versatile in supporting clients by offering remote diagnostics by telephone, providing onsite service or clients can return equipment to our Service Centre.
a1-cbiss can provide dedicated technical support to clients dependent upon their requirements. For larger clients, telephone support service is available to deal with issues raised by clients on site. If the client’s site is networked into a1-cbiss’s Remote Management System then remote diagnostics and resolution are more cost-effective than a service visit.
Full repair facilities allow our engineers to turn around equipment repairs with minimal delay. For problems involving site based equipment, our engineers are able to visit site in order to provide help and assistance to rectify equipment problems.
The Service Centre provides a base for equipment that needs to be returned to the workshop. The Service Centre offers service, repair and calibration for a full range of gas monitoring equipment, including portable gas detectors, portable survey/assessment monitors, and gas monitoring equipment that can’t be fixed on site and needs to be brought into the Service Centre for investigation.
With a comprehensive service & support package that is fully flexible to meet customer specific, legislative or budgetary requirements, offering peace of mind that equipment is covered for all eventualities.
Whether your equipment is damaged or simply in need of a service or calibration, we recommend that gas equipment is calibrated at least every 6 months for a reliable and accurate performance.
a1-cbiss Service Centre: Large, regional service support network, Scheduled preventative maintenance service and calibration visits per year, Guaranteed response time depending on your site requirements, Site allocated service engineer, Comprehensive stockists of critical spare parts and consumables, Fully trained industry specialists, Dedicated office based customer service advisors, Express service from Service Centre from 3 days, and All instrumentation is issued with the necessary calibration certificates to comply with your quality standards.
