Monitor your weather data at a glance with new mobile dashboards

The WS-GP2 Weather Station, from Delta-T Devices, is rugged, expandable and easy to operate. In common with all weather stations, the WS-GP2 produces large amounts of valuable data, but collecting and presenting that data can be a challenge.

The solution is DeltaLINK-Cloud, Delta-T’s online data viewing and sharing service. DeltaLINK-Cloud has always supported graphing but now also supports data dashboards. With dashboards you can display selected weather data using simple graphical devices, known as widgets. Widgets are bars, dials or trend lines which can be combined to create an attractive, customisable information panel.

DeltaLINK-Cloud Dashboards are easy to set up and can be viewed remotely on smart devices, enabling users to view and share real-time sensor data on-screen. High quality data visualisation transforms the ability of teams to identify and respond to incidents or trends, for example - a threshold being exceeded.

The WS-GP2 weather station connects to DeltaLINK-Cloud using a GPRS gateway. DeltaLINK-Cloud is a secure cloud-based connectivity package that provides data management and automatic data retrieval. In addition users can monitor the status of their devices, graph and export the uploaded data, and share data with project partners, colleagues or clients. Data dashboards are the latest addition to that impressive functionality.

The WS-GP2 is designed for use at remote and exposed sites. The standard system comes complete with high quality sensors to measure rain, solar radiation, wind speed and direction, soil temperature, relative humidity and air temperature. Optional additional sensors include barometric pressure, soil moisture, soil EC, UV, PAR, albedo, net radiation, total and diffuse radiation and evaporation.
