A New Concept of Remote Area Light
Oct 03 2008
Emergency lighting in critical situations isn`t a concern anymore with the 9450B Remote Area Lighting System (RALS) by Peli⢠Products. Built for mobility, the 9450B Remote Area Lighting System combines the tough 1510 Carry On Case with 16 x 1 watt LEDs mounted in an aluminium heat sink. All items are stored inside the case and assembled in minutes.
The aluminium pole extends to a height of 210 cm to provide 1280 lumens of light for any area. The 9450B RALS is powered by a 17-hour rechargeable battery that offers up to 9 hours of peak light and takes 6 hours for a full charge. The diffuser (included) can be mounted to change the beam from a focused spot to a diffused beam. The 9450B RALS has an Integrated Battery Status Indicator. Moreover, the 9450B RALS is RoHS compliant.
Peli also now offer the most powerful and efficient torches now with the most demanding Safety certification! The launch of the Stealthlite⢠2410 Zone 1 Recoil LEDâ¢, the Stealthlite⢠Rechargeable 2460 Zone 1 Recoil LED⢠and the Little ED⢠3610 Zone 1 Recoil LED⢠means the revolution of the Safety lighting market.
Why are Recoil LED models the most technically advanced torches on the market today? The RECOIL LED models are different from others because they have the brightness of incandescent torches combined with the efficiency, longer battery burn-time, durability and savings in lamp replacement costs of the LED.
The secret: by pointing a 1-Watt LED backwards into the torches` reflector, 100% of the light is captured and projected forward. All available light is captured and results in a powerful, white collimated beam, that will cut through the high-density smoke. Why are these new torches the safest in the market?
With the most restrictive ATEX Certifications, the RECOIL LED Zone 1 (Cat. 2) models have been designed for use in hazardous areas
especially in chemical, electrical, gas, oil, power, pharmaceutical, fire rescue, hazmat and other highrisk industries. They allow those
who work in hazardous locations to be confident that their light will not cause an explosion when entering these areas.
