QED offers multiple year service contract for fixed and portable systems

Leading environmental sampling equipment manufacturer, QED Environmental Systems is now offering its UK customers the opportunity to subscribe to a multiple year service contract.

This new option will be available upon purchase of selected fixed and portable systems including the BIOGAS 3000, BIOGAS 5000, BIOMETHANE 3000, GA3000, GA3000 PLUS and GA5000, giving customers the advantage of added cost savings and peace of mind.

The contract comes with priority service turnaround time and includes collection and return costs thereby guaranteeing an unprecedented level of service. The hot swap loan module included with the service contract ensures minimal operational downtime and the contracted regular service ensures an extended lifetime on the product.

Further to this, the new contract also negates the need for multiple purchase order transactions which significantly reduces admin time and other associated costs.
