Gas Detection
Trace-gas Analyzers
Feb 01 2008
Their rugged design incorporates meticulous temperature and pressure control and a state-of-the-art precision wavelength monitor to provide immunity from interfering gases. In addition, the analyzers are easier to maintain than competing technologies which reduces overall cost of ownership. They maintain high linearity, precision, and accuracy for many months with minimal calibration and over changing environmental conditions, requiring little or no sample preparation and no costly consumables. These unique benefits are of immense value for both field and laboratory-based deployment. Compared to competing technologies, maintenance and ownership costs are dramatically reduced.
Picarro analyzers are being used in many of the worldâs leading atmospheric monitoring laboratories including the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) labs, Lawrence Berkeley National Lab and Los Alamos National Lab.
