Gas Detection
Connected safety solution links teams of personnel in hazardous environments
Jul 09 2020
The primary task of portable gas detection devices is to provide early warning of dangerous gas concentrations. However, the effective range of the visual and audible alarms is limited to the person carrying the device as well as persons in the immediate vicinity.
The connected safety solution offered by TeamLink G999L, from GfG, integrates the gas monitors of up to 10 team members into a safety network that provides important information in the event of an alarm. An example of the TeamLink G999L real-time alerting would be its capability to inform the team leader about the cause of the danger and providing continuous information on the hazard situation on site for rescue teams.
