BlueSens presents its latest methane analyser at the ACHEMA
May 13 2015
BlueSens is presenting its latest methane IR gas analyser at the ACHEMA. The so called BCP series-CH4 gas analysers are offered in special set-ups for industrial applications. They come with a ball valve, a calibration button, an external pressure sensor and the well-established heavy duty aluminium housing providing IP 65 protection. In this configuration the device can be used in combined heat and power plants, in the Biogas production and for environmental monitoring applications. The reliable analyser is easy to install and measures CH4-concentrations from 0-100 Vol. % highly precise directly at the spot where the process takes place. The ball valve is installed directly in the gas line so the analyser can be disconnected from the process line easily for maintenance without interrupting the production process. The external pressure sensor is also installed in-line to provide automatic pressure compensation in case of pressure changes in the system. The latest features of the BCP series were developed in cooperation with a major constructor of combined heat and power plants. This set-up has already widely proven its reliability under challenging conditions. The BCP-CH4 is reasonably priced and ideally suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications. Besides analysers for methane the company BlueSens offers monitoring solutions for a variety of gases such as Hydrogen, Ethanol/Methanol, Carbon-Dioxide and Oxygen as to be found in bio-fuels or bioprocessing applications. The analysers for continuous real time in-process measurement can be used from the lab-scale to industrial applications.
The ACHEMA will be held in Frankfurt, Germany from June 15th-19th 2015. You can find BlueSens in Hall 11.0 at booth C2. Since this year BlueSens is cooperating with the company TRACE Analytics. Together these companies just started the network 'ABS Analytical Bioprocess Solutions - Your network of PAT sensor specialists' and will present cross-company measuring solutions on their joint booth.
