New Additions to the System Reagents Menu
Jan 21 2014
Alkalinity, Hexavalent Chromium, Fluoride, Silica and Total Hardness are the new additions to the Thermo Scientific system reagents menu for automated water quality monitoring and automated nutrient analysis. System reagents are easy to work with. They are optimised for user-friendly Thermo Scientific discrete Gallery and Aquakem analysers. Reagent bottles are bar-coded, meaning that the analysers are able to automatically identify them and create traceability for the reagent lots. Reagent usage and expiry date are monitored in real-time. Kit sizes are volume optimised so less waste is created compared to the manual reagent preparation.
The whole system reagent menu covers over 17 analytes, including possibility for pH and conductivity measurements. Automated applications have low and high measurement ranges covering different type of sample matrices. In addition of system reagents, a full range of standard solutions are available. Standard solutions are specially tailored to match with the test kit requirements. They are certified and lot controlled. Fast, automated methods with ready-to-use system reagents allow full automation offering ease-of-use and time savings for a wide range of water tests.
