A compact and economical alternative to a CEMS
Jul 11 2019
The maMoS, from madur, is a compact yet highly accurate and versatile alternative to the traditional larger and more intricate CEMS. Whilst the maMoS matches the performance level of a CEMS, the price is considerably lower.
This remarkable analyser has a modular design and there are plenty of accessories to enable operators to adjust the instrument to suit their specific criteria for their individual application
Powerful PC software enables the user to adjust the analyser to operate to their specific needs (work schedule, analogue outputs' behavior, data presentations, and more...). The standard configuration consists of up to 6 sensors (NDIR and/or electrochemical) and up to 8 sensors in a unique configuration.
The instrument can be set up with split and twin split configurations. It features a data-logger with SD card for collecting results and analogue outputs (both current and voltage) to control external devices.
With maMoS, communication with PC is possible via different interfaces (USB, LAN, RS485 and MODBUS). There are different work modes to select from (continuous measurements, work with scheduler, measurements triggered with digital input, “work in-turns” - performing measurements from two different sources, and more...).
Operators can take samples through a variety of heated hoses, with standard lengths of 3m, 5m and 8m for 115VAC and 230VAC supply and other hoses can be specified upon request. This analyser is also compatible with a variety of programmable logic controllers (i.e. Siemens S7-1200) via MODBUS RTU.
