Robust and Portable Biogas and Syngas Analyser

The new portable analyser Biogas and Syngas ETG MCA 100 Syn P, from ETG Risorse (Italy), is the ideal solution for the measurement and analysis processes for the Biogas to Syngas and burning due to its robustness, accuracy, reliability, and enhanced performance.

Unlike other analysers of the same type, ETG MCA 100 Syn P performs the analysis of different compounds such as CO, CO2, CH4 NDIR technology with a unique optical IR bench. The concentration of O2  is by E.C.

The measurement of the concentration of Hydrogen is made highly reliable thanks to the sensor measurement of Hydrogen based on TCD principle of operation (thermal conductivity); therefore not used for the measurement of Hydrogen, electrochemical cells or other sensors that could interfere with the measurements of Hydrocarbons.

Like the biogas analyser versions, MCA 100 Syn- remote- P is standard on PCs and Smartphones (Android, iOS, Windows, etc.), or via a LAN, as well as USB (Wi -Fi as an option).

In its laboratories, ETG brings specific corrections for the measurement of hydrogen into a mixture containing hydrocarbons (which is precisely the Syngas), so as to obtain as accurate a measurement as possible.

Inside there is a suction pump that can be optionally activated by software, a valve for regulating the flow with the video indication, and an in-line filter for the removal of dust, in addition to the optical bench and the electronics required to operate to instrument.

The analyser saves the data in a directory inside the instrument. Csv, dividing and subdividing the log file for the same in different folders named as the current date of analysis; to download the data, the user only needs to insert a memory stick into the mail panel, select the log file in question (which will be shown with date and time) and the system will automatically download the data on the pen drive, removing the original file from the internal memory, and avoiding the risk of filling the memory to capacity.

The analyser is supplied in an impact-resistant case with wheels and handles (trolley type), with degree of protection IP67.
