US Standards Provider now Shipping in Accordance with GHS Labeling Requirements

As of June 1, 2015 Chem Service (USA) began shipping products that are compliant with GHS requirements. GHS labeling was developed to ensure that the utmost safety is reserved for the individual in contact with the chemicals at any point of transportation or handling of the chemical. Chem Service have been updating all of their product labels and SDS’s over the last few months to meet these strict requirements, as they agree with GHS and OSHA that the labeling helps to communicate specific hazard information as well as the protective measures associated with each chemical on the labels and Safety Data Sheets. The health, physical, and environmental hazards of the chemical are all clearly defined to the handler through this system. Chem Service's top priority is the safety of our customers and ourselves, and we believe that the new GHS labeling and SDS’s will bolster our current safety efforts.
