On-Line and Process Analysis Instruments Available from Leading Korean Company
Jul 20 2015
BLTEC Korea Ltd. has had a long history of profound transition, from Technicon to Bran+Luebbe K.K. Korean Branch, providers of a full automatic chemical analyser - the AutoAnalyzer®. In January 2007, BLTEC Korea was established as joint venture company with BLTEC K.K. Japan, and continues to this day to be a leading provider of automated analysis instruments for Lab & On-line Process.
Following the merger of Seal Analytical Ltd’s lab instrument department with Brann+Leubbe in 2006, BLTEC Korea has been able to distribute their authenticated Discrete Analyzer, a segmented analysis instrument featuring new various automated analysis techniques, to customers across the globe.
After the opening of BLTEC’s established R&D center in 2007, their accumulated technology and experience has made it possible to develop a fully automated On-line process analysis instrument, the Monitor V, which is able to continuously analyse Total Phosphorus and Total Nitrogen, and 2 parameters in Nutrients at the same time (patent registered in December 2008).
BLTEC’s recent development in the continuous analysis of process water monitor provides a reliable solution to recent problematic issues of toxic material such as Phenol, Cyanide, and Fluoride. In 2009, the continuous sludge image capturing techniques of the SVI System measured sewage sludge settleability in a much more effective way to help real-time monitoring in a water treatment plant. The Monitor V Copper for extremely low-concentrations has been available since 2010.
In addition, for BLTEC customer’s best interests in automated analysis, the company has established a partnership with Mantech Inc., a well-known manufacturer of Lab-automated analysis instruments with COD/BOD/multi parameters. And furthermore, close affiliation with LABMAN in 2015 has led to BLTEC introducing new technology in Automatic Robotic Systems.
BLTEC Korea Ltd. will continue to provide the best service and satisfying business relationships to their customers through continued close cooperation with their production, R&D centers, and sales networks in Germany, Japan, England, USA, Canada, Korea, and across the rest of the world.
