The Analytical Industry’s Powerful Annual Trade Show
Apr 12 2013
Arablab is the laboratory and instrumentation industry's international show in the Middle East and Asia, covering many of the important growth markets of the Middle East, China, the Indian sub-continent, south-east Asia and Africa.
With more exhibitors – over 800 companies from around the globe – focusing on laboratory technology, biotechnology, nanotechnology, environmental sciences, robotics and automation, analytical instrumentation, and measurement and testing – Arablab is regarded by the industry as an important annual event, giving access to the world’s most vibrant petrochemical sector and providing an introduction to the world’s biggest biotechnology market.
Arablab 2013 welcomed some 10,000 buyers, specifiers, end-users and distributors representing just about every discipline - grain technicians and forensic criminologists, university professors and industrial chemists, molecular geneticists and metallurgists, medical researchers and marine scientists from more than 80 countries – who came to see and purchase the latest technology and equipment in the fields of medical, petroleum and environmental research and analysis, forensics, laboratory automation, and data process management.
Arablab 2014 will be held in conjunction with meetings and conferences of several regional and international organisations, including: The Gulf Laboratory Association Meeting; The Heads of the UAE’s Police Forensics Departments Meeting; SEFA’s International Congress; The Laboratories Proficiency Conference.
Reflecting the growing demand by the industry, Arablab 2014 will provide 20% more stand space.
An increasingly important adjunct to the exhibition itself is Arablab’s comprehensive programme of seminars – there were more than 100 sessions in 2013 - which will be further expanded in 2014. Focussing on a range of key areas - including MediLab, BioLab, PetroLab and EnviroLab - and offering unrivalled opportunities to obtain information about the industry’s most recent developments, the series of branded seminars presents an invaluable networking platform for manufacturers, buyers and users.
