Mercury Sorbent Trap Monitoring System
Sep 05 2011
Apex Instruments (USA) offers multiple configurations of dual-stream, mercury sorbent trap monitoring systems designed for measuring vapor phase mercury emissions from stationary sources.
The XC-6000EPC meter console is fully automated and designed for continuous sampling of emissions from power plants, cement kilns, waste incinerators and crematoriums.
The new XC-30B MercSampler Console is designed specifically for performing Method 30B, RATA’s or short runs.
Either system can be operated with your choice of Apex probes, heated sample gas transfer lines, and our popular Gas Conditioners to remove moisture and scrub corrosives out of the sample stream before entering the gas volume metering system.
Both models simplify operation and improve measurement reliability by automating system configuration, calculations, data acquisition, sample flow adjustments, temperature control, and all quality control procedures. On board data storage is accessed easily via Ethernet, LAN, WAN, USB or optional wireless interface.
Quarterly audits are a snap with the Apex Instruments AK-6000 Audit Kit offering a secondary reference dry gas meter with optical encoder, digital quadrature totaliser, handheld digital barometer, thermocouple simulator, and accessories.
