Kicking-off of the New Leading Platform for Analysis, Laboratory and Biotechnology in India

The rapid economic growth and the competitive environment coupled with stringent government regulations are forcing the Indian industry to invest in world-class laboratory infrastructure. Supply and demand come together at analytica Anacon India and India Lab Expo 2015. The leading platform for analysis, laboratory and biotechnology in India takes place from October 8 to 10, 2015 at the Hitex Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad.
Bhupinder Singh, Deputy CEO of MMI India, is very optimistic: “While analytica Anacon India has a huge international awareness and attracts participation from analytical companies all over the world, India Lab Expo is a very strong national brand and one of the leading trade fairs in laboratory equipment in India. Together, these two events are the leading platform for analysis, laboratory and biotechnology on the Indian subcontinent. Both exhibitions cover the entire value chain for industrial and research laboratories. This is unique in India and offers an ideal platform for new business and technology exchange for exhibitors and visitors alike.”
The exhibition will cover around 10,000 square meters of exhibition space spread over three halls. More than 260 exhibitors are expected to showcase their latest technologies and solutions for the industry.
Key players such as Agilent Technologies, Art Lab, Borosil, Inkarp Instruments, Marsap, Medispec Instruments, Newtronic, Phenomenex, Remi Instruments, S.V.Scientific, Sartorious, Shimadzu Analytical, Skytech Systems, Smart Labtech, SpincoBiotech and Waters India have announced their participation in analytica Anacon India and India Lab Expo 2015.
analytica Anacon India and India Lab Expo 2015 are supported by the Indian Analytical Instruments Association (IAIA), the Bulk Drugs Manufacturers Association (BDMA), the Confederation of India Pharmaceutical Industry (CIPI) and the Indian Chemical Council (ICC). Further, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) as well as the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) support the German group participation. In addition, the event will also feature international country pavilions from China and Japan.
Technical sessions, conferences and tutorials will be organised parallel to the exhibition to address users in all fields of exhibition segments. Altogether, the organiser estimate the three day event to attract over 8,500 visitors from several fields like the pharmaceutical, the chemical and petrochemical, the food and the medical laboratory industry as well as from universities and research institutes.
