Based on tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectrum (TDLAS, Zetian’s LGT-360 and LGT-330 laser gas analysers can measure specific gas concentrations in process, including CO ,O2, CO2, H2S, NH3, HF, HCl, H2O, CH4, C2H4, C2H6, N2O, SO2 etc., playing an essential  role  on enterprise production optimisation, energy recovery, safety control, environmental monitoring and scientific research and analysis. The LGT-360 offers in-situ, single ended installation without light alignment, so no pre-treatment system is needed; it can also be used as extractive type to meet different working field installation requirements. This analyser is both easy to operate and inexpensive to maintain with ExdbIICT6 Gb, IP66 rating and a fast response of ≤1s; - the LGT-360 includes mirror isolation and has a strong resistance to corrosion.

ZETIAN’s LGT-330 features an integrated explosion isolation design and long optical path technology - optical length can reach 10m, This device can measure ultra-low gas concentration, greatly improving detection limit. The versatile LGT-330 has a strong adaptability to cope with different working conditions and a variety of application modes; it can be operated as extractive wall mounting or integrated into a cabinet. This analyser conforms to Exdb op IICT6 Gb and IP66.

The FT-2000P (portable) and FT-3000(stationary online rack mounted) FT-IR analysers are self-developed products targeted at  various gas analysis applications for environmental protection and industrial control.

Based on Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), it can simultaneously monitor multiple gas components in exhaust gas, including SO2, NOX (NO, NO2), CH4, HC1, HF, CO, CO2, O2, H2O, etc. Other gas components also can be extended as required, such as NH3, SO3, N2O, VOCs, etc. Multi-component measurement of AIO realises accurate qualitative/quantitative analysis of waste incineration/ultra-low flue gas emission and high integration, greatly reducing maintenance cost and system cost.

These cutting-edge analysers perform high temperature tracing in the whole process（180C), based on FTIR technology and Non-linear Least Square Method to effectively solve the problem of H2O interference in the measurement of  SO2, NOx(NO, NO2, with fast response and a high level of accuracy. They feature a white cavity optical path, with high-signal-to noise ratio, low detection limit and large dynamic range; the surface of endoscope inside gas chamber is plated with gold; with high reflectivity and long maintenance-free periods.

The device also includes a self-developed pyramid type interferometer, with a reflector structure design which is unaffected by vibration. Thanks to its modular design, the whole structure requires less maintenance, parts are easy to replace when needed and maintenance costs are kept to a minimum.
