CEMS
Durable Multi-gas In-situ Short Extractive Analyser
Aug 26 2011
The MIR IS from Environnement SA (France) is a complete CEMS combining an infrared analyser, permeation sampling system and a probe, housed in an IP66 rugged industrial stainless steel tight box. MIR IS is very compact, robust and easy to install, it requires one single flange and provides excellent response times and the performance expected of an extractive systems.
Environnement SA offer one single multi-gas analyser for full extractive simultaneous measurement of: SO2, NO, NO2, CO, CO2, N2O, HCl, HF, HC, CH4, O2 and residual H2O. Unique performance for low ranges of NO, CO, SO2;
Close-coupled, multi-gas analyser, designed for systems which require fast gas measuring and short response time
In-situ measurements of up to 12 compounds in addition to physical parameters such flow, temperature and pressure of the fumes eliminating any need for sample handling and conditioning.
The sample is dried by permeation and conditioned at the extraction point for best accuracy of the measurement.
Fully automatic, the MIR IS is designed for being installed directly on the stack or duct for up-stream and down-stream measurements.
The system is equipped with a USB port and a powerful Ethernet communication (RJ45) for remote control capabilities as maintenance, up-dates data recovery and can interface directly with a computer to clearly view process data in varying formats.
Housed in stainless steel for withstanding the harshest environments, TUV, MCERT & NF IE certified, it can be used for various applications: Combustion plants, Municipal waste incinerators (upstream measurements), Hazardous waste incinerators (industrial and hospital), Gas treatment process control, Paper mills, Chemical and Petrochemical industries, Power Plants, Turbines, SCR/SNCR inlet/outlet NOx control, Industrial coal/gas fired boilers and furnaces.
From sampling to data management, the MIR-IS is fully compliant with new DIRECTIVE 2010/75/UE (IED), 2000/76/EC (WID) and 2001/80/EC (LCPD), and QAL 1 of EN14181.
