MOCON, Inc., - Baseline’s (USA) 9000 Series family are advanced, industry-leading, continuous total hydrocarbon analysers for environmental analyses.
The analysers deliver unmatched performance, flexible configurability, and continuous, fully automated gas analysis over a broad range of concentrations, whether looking for a total hydrocarbon, total methane/non-methane, or heated system. Applications include continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS), ambient air quality monitoring networks (AQM), clean rooms (AMC), compliance monitoring for EPA Methods 25A & 503, vehicle emissions, and source emissions monitoring - abatement system efficiency.
The 9000 Series have an active range from < 10 ppb on the high sensitivity version, and up to 100% as methane on the percent level version. Standard outputs include alarm and fault relays, 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA analogue, or the suggested digital options, RS-232 or Ethernet. Configurations can also include components for single or multi-point analysis. Included PC-based software provides an external connection for instrument setup of alarms, relays, calibration, temperature, flows, configuration, data export, and real-time data viewing.
The FlowGuard electronic control of the fuel, air, and sample delivery to the flame ionization detector (FID), with automatic ignition, improves safety, performance, and sensitivity. Alarms levels and calibration intervals are programmable.
