Air monitoring
On-line gas chromatograph for sub-ppb to 100% air quality and toxic gas monitoring applications
Sep 17 2018
AMETEK MOCON’s Baseline® 9100 On-line Gas Chromatograph, with accuracies down into the sub-ppb (parts per billion), easily lends itself to a variety of low-level applications such asmonitoring indoor and outdoor air quality, toxic gases in the workplace, environmental sources, fence lines, and ambient air networks.
With many detector options, including photoionisation (PID), high sensitivity PID (HS-PID), flame ionization (FID) and thermal conductivity (TCD), this instrument continuously monitors and analyses single or multiple gas components. Analytical arrangements typically involve a single valve, two- column configuration, but will vary depending upon the application.
The Baseline®9100 is a microprocessor-based instrument has many key features, including — fully integrated powerful GCsoftware eliminating the need for an external PC, programmable touchscreen interface and USB for memory stick, mouse or keyboard use; Remote access and control, automatic calibration, and internal data storage allow for continuous unattended operation. Otherfeaturesinclude aLAN connection, analog outputs, relays, multipoint sampling, and a graphical display of current or historic concentrations.
The compact size and design makes this unit transportable and allows for either rack mount configuration or bench top use.
