Versatile Gas Sampler And Sample Changer

Sarstedt AG & Co. (Germany) offers the versatile Desaga GS 301 Gas Sampler, which is specifically designed for working with sample tubes. The unit consists of a basic sampler device and an optional sample changer for tubes of varying length and diameter.

The gas sampler incorporates all of the necessary components for the output of the gas flow and the adjustment and measuring of the flow velocity and gas volume. The thermal mass flowmeter and the control valve enable an exact flow measurement within 0.1 to 1.5 NL/min. All measuring parameters for each sample tube are individually programmable.

All data is saved for up to 10 measurements. The measuring record for each individual detector tube can be displayed. The serial interface allows the user to print or download the data to a PC. The record includes date, time, volume, flow rate, duration, position of tube, a 4 didgit sample number and any error messages.

The GS 301 Gas Sampler requires 12 volt direct power. It can also be powered independently from the mains by the Desaga GB 12 Power Pack. Mains operation is possible by using the GN 100-240/12 power adaptor.
