PE-SPMMS-C91 (Tribo) works on In-situ methodology. Continuous PM Monitoring System is designed & built on Mass Flow based Triboelectric Effect. This is a phenomenon which occurs when moving solid particulate matters comes into contact with the sensor. This phenomenon being essentially molecular, the process is very repeatable. This method of sensing yields very accurate and highly reliable results, since the signal generated is directly proportional to the mass flow rate. In fact Triboelectric technology is the only one available around the world which senses solid flows directly.

The system uses Tribo-electric technology - DC sensor. This type is fundamental sensor of mass flow and can be calibrated directly in units of gm/sec or kg/hr. DC sensors have a linear response to mass flow over a wide range of gas velocities.

These devices provide a simple low-cost mass flow measurement that, unlike mass concentration measurement, requires no further normalization to deliver an absolute measurement of environmental impact.

Signal generation is proportional to mass flow of solids / solid particulate matter across the sensor.

Mass flow, however, is an absolute standard. It provides a measurement of total mass emission from a source and used as a direct assessment of environmental impact. It is valid for any type of process, combustion or non-combustion and may be considered as being the most relevant reporting method.

PE-SPMMS-C91 (Tribo) is fully integrated system in a single box - no moving parts or additional components required. Low maintenance - straightforward servicing without specialist skills. Advance electronics and micro controller based Programmable Logic Controlled device with LCD ensures ease for calibration and preventive maintenance.

Simple installation - locate the analyzer anywhere, including outside locations. High temperature stack gas sampling probe options for high temperature flue gas applications. IP 55 level protected marshalling box panel.

In-House Design considering Dust, Temperature and Humidity conditions. All electronic with conformal coating to avoid atmospheric effects in harsh area.

The system suits for boiler, Furnace, Thermo pack, Process, Wet Scrubber, Waste Incinerator application.
