New JES 301Ex Gas Sample Probe

The gas sample probes of the JES 301Ex series from JCT (Austria) are used for applications where continuous monitoring is required in hazardous area applications. Operators require safe, robust and low maintenance equipment that is designed to meet a whole range of process applications and meet international safety standards for hazardous area equipment.

The new JES 301Ex gas sample probe is a superior product that utilises high quality materials and leading engineering practices to give excellent performance and long service life on virtually every application.

Coupled with this high build quality, the JES 301Ex fully meets the requirements of hazardous area equipment legislation and is rated for Zone 1 applications. Meeting II 2 G Ex d IIC T3 / II 2 D Ex tD, A21 IP65 T135°C, II 2 G Ex em II T6/T5/T4, II 2 D Ex tD A21 IP66 T80°C, T95°C

The JES 301Ex probe works by removing particulates from the gas measurement stream and is the primary filtration device for the overall analysis system. It is fully heated to eliminate cold spots that cause filter element blockages due to the build up of wet particulates. The design and location of the internal self limited heater ensures that the probe has no cold spots where condensation can form.

The JES 301Ex probe is available with a complete range of options including various probe tubes, filter types and back-purge / calibration port options.
