New Gas Conditioner Improves Gas Analysis

Feb 29 2008

When monitoring stack, engine exhaust or process gases, any analyser requires continuously clean and constant dry gases to avoid errors. A gas conditioners has to provide constant dehumidified gas and has rapidly separate gas and condensable liquids without removing
components to be analysed. JCT´s (Austria) new Series “Power Gas Conditioner” is designed around a continuously operating compressor chiller with peristaltic pump and optional with sample pump, gas filter, flow meter and condensate detector to permit continuous
unattended operation and maintain constant sample dewpoint and dryness rate. The improved high performance heat exchanger made of PTFE / Glass / SS316L, maintains a fast response to widely varying input
conditions and a constant dewpoint at the outlet, even at ambient temperature at 45°C.
Enhanced performance allows the unit to work efficiently, temperature alarms fitted as standard, 1 to 8 channel version available for different flow rates and system configurations. The new Power Gas Conditioner is part of an extensive product range which includes Sample
Probe, Heated Lines, Gas Converters and accessories.
