New High Volume Dust Sampler with Touch-Screen

Digitel (Switzerland) proudly announce the release of their High Volume Dust Sampler DHA-80 with touch-screen and USB port as a standard. 40 years of experience in building High Volume Samplers and more than 1500 installed units demonstrate quality and functionality of Digitel’s instruments. Constant development and improvement have lead to a high level performance.
The DHA-80 is well proven and ruggedly built. All parts which are in contact with the measured air are finished with Ematal, a special corrosion resistant coating. A quartz time base controls the fully automatic filter change. remote control is possible. Filters can be fitted and removed during normal operation of the instrument. Analogue, RS-232C, Ethernet, USB ports are standard. The flow meter is pressure and temperature compensated. High constancy of the air sampled flow rate guaranteed by controlling of the suction unit capacity via floater flow rate measuring unit with photo sensor. The blower is a carbon-free brushless rotary current, fast frequency motor.
The instrument comes in a compact, weatherproof aluminium field housing (IP 54). Flow rate adjustable: 440 - 600 liter/min or 100-1000l/min. Filter diameter: 150 mm (140 mm disposable surface; cellulose, quartz or glass fibre filter). Cartridges for PUF foams, cooling of the filter storage and interior heating are just some of many options that are available to meet all of the customer’s needs. The PM10 sampling of the DHA-80 meets the directives VDI 2463 page 11 and EN 12341.
